Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping with a flat rate of $7.99 for all orders, regardless of order size or destination.

Orders are fulfilled from our facilities in Wyoming, USA or Shenzhen, China depending on product availability and stock levels. We ship Monday through Friday and generally process orders within 1-2 business days.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive after leaving our facility. International orders may take up to 10-14 business days depending on customs processing and local postal services.

You can also track your package directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at , and we'll work with the carrier to track it down! For lost packages, we will provide you with store credit or a replacement product.

Returns

We accept returns of all unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

Once we receive the returned items at our facility and confirm they are in 'unopened and unused' condition, we will process your refund. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Important: Original shipping costs paid for your initial order are non-refundable. Only the product cost (minus return shipping) will be refunded to your original payment method.

To start a return or exchange, please email us at with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account after we process the return.
