While we design our toys for durability, no plush toy is indestructible, especially against a determined chewer! Our warranty covers manufacturing defects found upon receiving the toy. It does not cover damage caused by chewing, ripping, or general wear and tear from play. We always recommend supervising your dog during playtime.

We offer several levels of durability to match different play styles. Our standard plush toys (like the "Insect Defence" or "I Love Sushi" collections) are made with reinforced seams for typical play. For stronger chewers, we highly recommend our Durable Plush Toys collection (like "Wild Wonders" and "Farmyard Friends"), which feature a special rough and tough lining for longer-lasting fun.

Absolutely. Your pet's safety is our number one priority. All of our toys are crafted from high-quality, pet-safe materials and non-toxic dyes. While our toys are built to be durable, we always recommend supervising your dog during playtime to ensure they do not ingest any pieces if they manage to tear it.

We believe playtime shouldn't come at the expense of the planet. Most of our plush toys are crafted from over 70-90% recycled materials, giving plastic bottles a second life as a fun toy for your pup! We are always working to make our supply chain and packaging as sustainable as possible.

• Hide & Seek Toys: These feature a main plush "base" (like a Beehive or Circus tent) where you can hide smaller, squeaky plush toys inside for your dog to find and pull out.
• Sniffing Mats: The Pizza Sniffing Mat has many folds and pockets where you can hide dry kibble or treats. Your dog then uses their natural foraging instincts to sniff out their reward.

For the longest-lasting fun, we recommend hand washing your plush toys with a gentle, pet-safe detergent and letting them air dry. For a deeper clean, you may place them in a mesh laundry bag and wash on a gentle cycle with cold water, then air dry. The Pizza Sniffing Mat is also machine washable on a gentle cycle.

We use a variety of high-quality materials to create engaging experiences. Our plush toys are primarily made from pet-friendly short plush fabric using recycled polyester. Many collections also feature durable blade webbing, recycled cotton rope, and exciting crinkle paper inside.

Choosing the right size is important for safety and fun!

• Our XS (Extra Small) collections like the "Dino Friends" and "Sea Creatures" are specifically designed for small breeds and puppies.
• Our M (Medium) and L (Large) toys are great for a wide range of medium to large-sized dogs. Always choose a toy that is appropriately sized for your dog's mouth to prevent any swallowing hazards.

Yes! Many of our toys are great for puppies. We especially recommend our Small Dog Toys collections (like Dino Friends, Sea Creatures, and Birdie Buddies). Their soft, mixed textures are gentle on developing teeth and gums. As with any toy, please supervise your puppy during play, especially while they are actively teething.

We offer returns within 30 days for any new, unopened, and unused Petstify products. To initiate a return, please email our team at sunny@petstify.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total refund amount. You will receive your refund within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Yes! All domestic orders over $50 (before taxes and fees) qualify for free shipping.
